IVery nice work. 've always found it interesting how space battle ships always have forward facing weapons. I would have thought in the weightlessness of space that you'd see more ships with no clear front or back, that could operate in combat in any direction.
Hi! you've got a good point! Though I would stipulate that vessels such as this one are constructed with powerful boosters that enable them to sustain bursts of speed... I suppose the tactic they employ is to charge at a single target (preferably an important target like a mothership) and overwhelm it with firepower. While doing this I'm guessing that any flanked enemies will be dealt with by smaller, more agile fighters, or a back-up fortress with lots of swivel turrets..
